Immediate Hire - New Patient Coordinator/Insurance Verification for a Psychiatry Clinic. REMOTE. HYBRID. Can be done at home near Fairfax, VA area. Must come in to the office one to two times a week for meetings.

MUST HAVE HEALTHCARE BACKGROUND AND INSURANCE VERIFICATION EXPERIENCE

HOURS:

- 5 days a week; Monday - Friday 2 alternating shifts (9:00AM - 5:30pm EST)(11:30am - 8:00pm EST)

-Alternating Saturdays (half-days 11:00AM - 3:00pm EST)

-Must come in to office in Fairfax, VA as requested (1-2x week).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer new patient calls (this is where customer service experience will be valued); comes with incentive pay for performance

- Relay clinic services and info to new patients

-Following up on referral sources

- Answering voicemails

- Reception duties

-Proficient with computers and technology

- Patient scheduling using our EMR (electronic medical record system)

- Must be 100% dependable, independent and have a compassionate and pleasant attitude in dealing with patients and colleagues.

Computer skills a must. Knowledge of smartphone devices and apps preferred.

PAY:

- Base pay is $320 plus guaranteed weekly bonus

- Weekly incentive pay and bonus $200-$700 per week
