Duties:

- Provide assistance with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document and report any changes in client's condition or behavior.
- Follow medical documentation procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with special needs or medical conditions as required.

Qualifications:

- Armenian Speaker

-High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.
