Maintenance / Custodial will report directly to the Site Coordinator.

General Duties :

Maintenance / Custodial shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties :

• Collects and disposes of trash from classrooms, offices, parking lots, and lawn.
• Replenishes building supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags, etc. as needed.
• Strips, waxes, buffs, and cleans floors as needed to maintain a neat appearance.
• Performs security functions such as unlocking, locking, and checking doors and windows.
• Assists the Coordinator of Physical Facilities in developing preventative maintenance measures and following published schedule related to same and other tasks as needed.
• Managing the physical setup of the large auditorium room for scheduled events.
• Assist with ground keeping.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license.

Pay Rate : $25,356-$31,694
