Position Details:

We are seeking a skilled Toolmaker/CNC Programmer to join our team. This role involves creating precision parts according to specifications, repairing, revising, and servicing custom equipment, fixtures, and related tools. While programming skills are preferred, we value a strong foundation in tool-making and CNC operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture parts, fixtures, and tools according to specific blueprints.
• Set up and operate tool-room equipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Program, set up, and operate CNC machinery (preferred).
• Maintain project timelines, quality standards, and communicate any variances.
• Participate in planning, troubleshooting, and executing project tasks with minimal supervision.

Work Environment:

Our standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with the potential for overtime and flexible shifts to meet project demands. The role involves working in a machine shop setting and may require some heavy lifting.

Requirements:

• Trade school graduate or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a tool room environment or related CNC experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and execute plans with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in manual and CNC toolroom equipment.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
