Salary/Benefits:

• Salary: $14.00/hr - $17.00/hr
• Benefits - Paid Time Off, Health & Dental Plans, etc.

Shift: Full Time: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday. In-Office every day. Also accepting part time applicants.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day order fulfillment process
• Inventory management - receive from vendors, process, organize and track physical inventory levels
• Quality control on all custom orders
• Monitor, maintain and organize the warehouse
• Assist warehouse management when needed, (will include some lifting of heavy boxes, and managing large items in the warehouse, etc.)
• Assist with all aspects of customer service and care
• Pick up and deliver items to embellishment service partners
• Pack and ship packages to external customers
• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
• Conduct self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of TCA Team.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/Associates Degree preferred
• Good written communication skills
• Computer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access)
• Driver's license
• Strong organizational skills
• Customer service skills

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis.
