We are seeking an Intake Coordinator to ensure smooth new patient onboarding, to conduct psychosocial assessments, and to match them with the proper therapists. The Intake Coordinator will also spend part of their time providing talk therapy to patients.

Required Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice independently in MASSACHUSETTS (Psychologist, Psychiatrist, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Nurse Practitioner).
• Must have intake or triage experience.
• Proficient at documentation and clinical assessments.
• Strong social work or case management skills.
• Professional references.
• Knowledge and experience working with Millennials and their issues.
• Have strong command and knowledge of DSM diagnoses.
• Credentialed and contracted by insurance companies are preferred, but we will help the right candidate to apply.
• Well-verse in clinical treatment modalities and ability to adapt to specific client needs.
• 4 days in-office work is required, with 1 flex day.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
