The Presale Specialist will assess RFPs (request for proposals) that are submitted by insurance agents looking to obtain Group Life/Disability and Worksite or Supplemental Health products for their group clients.
The Presale Specialist will effectively analyze the initial Requests for Proposal (RFPs), systematically scrub the data provided for completeness and in accordance with minimum data requirements.
They will ensure that all licensing and compliance requirements are followed prior to moving forward. The Presale Specialist understands the short turnaround times and that the volume is seasonal. The Presale Specialist is expected to review submission for missing information, analyze requests, prioritize strategically, and think proactively regarding customer needs while effectively completing the RFP. The Presale Specialist will have a great sense of ownership and responsibility when it comes to fostering relationships with our Sales Support and with the sales team.
