WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING THE ROLE
The Customer Acquisition Specialist(Sales Trainee/Canvasser) is responsible for generating leads with prospective customers via door knocking . They are the initial touchpoint in the RbA process. Their goal is to diagnose window and door concerns with the goal of the visit being to generate a lead for our Sales Team. This is a rare opportunity to work independently in an upbeat team environment, learn sales from the best and earn an above-average income.

• Flexible hours according to the needs of the business, work/life balance
• Be adaptable to seasonal weather conditions
• Hours will vary due to seasonal changes and time changes
• May be asked to work weekends
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours at a time
• May need to navigate different types of terrain (ex. Stairs, sidewalks, hills)
• Ability to lift/carry up to 15 lbs. while walking up to 6 hours per day

WHAT YOU'LL BRING THE PERSON

• Strong communication skills, verbal, written and interpersonal to initiate conversation with potential customers in the field
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a dynamic environment
• A strong work ethic coupled with the desire to be goal oriented to meet metrics and maximize bonus

• Curiosity and willingness to learn and grow

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• 1 year sales experience is preferred but not required
