Busy disability benefits law firm seeking an experienced assistant for Personal Injury and disability practices.

We are a casual and busy office helping the injured, disabled, and veterans. The ideal candidate has experience working on the Plaintiff's side of personal injury cases and is familiar typical client and party communication, pleadings and filings. Excellent communication skills are a must in helping our clients navigate a challenging time in their lives. S

Responsibilities would include:

• Managing a monthly caseload of Social Security hearing-level cases and making sure medical records have been received ahead of hearings;
• Assisting in drafting of personal injury pleadings and correspondence;
• Speaking regularly with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, court staff and attorneys;
• Maintaining an attorney calendar; and helping the attorneys gather records, and schedule evaluations;
• Maintaining a personal follow up system to organize tasks and maintain deadlines.
• Experience in PIP and other personal injury specific experience is a plus.

Our office is laid back to balance the high pace and meaningful but stressful nature of the work we do for our clients. We're also dog friendly (bring-your-dog-to-work-day is a rotating thing).

We offer competitive pay based on experience, primarily work in our Cherry Hill office, but can accommodate a hybrid schedule depending on need and training, offer profit sharing, 401k, medical, dental, vision, and other comprehensive benefits. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
