Provide I.T. focused support to our ever-growing Production and Post-Production staff. This person must be able to show high technical skills as it relates to Windows/Mac OS, video editing systems, hardware, and creative applications.

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, or email
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues for production and post-production equipment
• Research questions using available information resources and advise user on appropriate action
• Build and repair custom editing equipment and configure virtual desktop environments
• Help administer Media Asset Management software and project management applications
• Follow up with customers and users to ensure complete resolution of issues
• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
• Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
• Stay current with system information, changes, and updates
• Train users as necessary

Education, Qualifications, and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware, and other equipment in the Media industry
• Experience researching, analyzing, and interpreting automated system problems
• Knowledge and experience of customer service practices
• Related experience with Adobe Premiere
• Related experience with Media Asset Management software preferred
• Related experience with Adobe Workfront project management software
