Trumpet Behavioral Health (TBH) is hiring a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our local clinical team and thrive in our Overland Park Center!
We’re looking for innovative leaders eager to support our families and RBTs and desire to provide high-quality ABA services to diverse individuals.
ABOUT YOU
You are a BCBA who has been working in the field for about two years. You’re excited to join a team of other BCBAs who want to support you on your path to becoming a clinician. You enjoy meeting new families and helping them in their ABA journey. You love collaborating with clinical and non-clinical team members. Training is fun and you enjoy using your skills to train your peers, therapists, and families effectively. You want to apply your behavior-analytic skills to individuals with different backgrounds, cultures, and clinical needs. You are driven, self-motivated, excel at managing your time, and are dedicated to changing the lives of individuals needing ABA therapy.
ABOUT US
Our job is to empower you to be excellent at your job. We do everything we can to make your work life enjoyable and to help you best serve your clients. We value your expertise, your experience, and your feedback. We focus on creating connections and collaborative work relationships with your local team and team members across the country. Everyone at TBH is always there to answer questions and share their knowledge every step of the way. We know we have a lot to learn from you and we’re eager for your background and experiences to shape ours.
We believe learning and development are something that should occur organically and be ingrained in everything you do as a clinician at our company. So, we create free opportunities for you to continue learning and developing naturally, flexibly, and in a way that caters to your interests. We provide clinical structure (e.g., hundreds of skill acquisition program templates, clinical quality guidance, and report templates), but not so much that you don’t have the freedom to individualize your treatment approach.
We know you are a multi-dimensional human being and that you have a fulfilling, fun, enjoyable, life outside work. We strive to give you a schedule that supports a healthy work/life balance, asking that you provide on average 25 hours per week of billable client case management. At TBH we understand things come up and we also understand that certain things are out of our control. You can adjust your schedule as needed to support your clients best and take care of yourself.
