Key Responsibilities:

The Tropicana Brands Group (TBG) is seeking a Supply Chain Financial Analyst Intern who will be responsible for conducting comprehensive analyses for various areas across Global Supply Chain and providing actionable recommendations to drive business results. They are also responsible for required reporting, scorecards, and dashboards for annual plan (AOP), monthly close and forecast processes as assigned.

In addition to completion of 1-2 assigned projects, you will participate in the daily, weekly, and monthly activities in Supply Chain Finance. Some of these activities will include:

• Analyze and provide insights and actionable recommendations on actual results versus the annual plan, forecast, and prior year.
• Conduct analytics in various areas of supply chain categories and functions driving performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on trends and market conditions.
• Support development of annual plan (AOP) by providing analytical support.
• Utilize Power BI to conduct in-depth analytics and provide actionable data visualization.
• Build strong, collaborative partnerships with peers and cross-functional business partners.
• Conduct ad hoc analytics and support special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• In process of obtaining undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Inquisitive and critical thinker with the ability to drive thought leadership
