Job Title: Product and Investor Relations Specialist

Reports To: VP of Capital Markets

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Department: Secondary

Division: Retail

Salary Range: $75K to $90K

Summary : Review and interpret investor product and underwriting guidelines, and maintain content in the product matrix

Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Provides coaching and professional development to team-members in order to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

• Update Product Matrix

• Understand and effectively presents and delivers presentations on the products, features and benefits to new and current sales associates to promote sales and product development.

• Develop documentation for product release and training.

• Seek opportunities to propose solutions and improvements as related to product usage.

• Competently conduct Q&A sessions; providing accurate and complete information

• Maintain expert level knowledge of products and of the mortgage industry.

• Work closely with sales to understand their pain points and effectively link product features and benefits to their needs to help promote sales.

• Continuously review industry trends to anticipate future market needs.

• Ensure investor guidelines are kept up-to-date.

• Track investor renewals and confirm that all documentation needed for renewal is submitted in a timely manner.

• Keep abreast of new loan products, features, and their benefits.

• Work with VP of Learning, Development & Product Support in relaying investor information so accurate information can be presented to the sales team.

• Assist in answering questions brought in through the scenario desk email.

• Provide occasional coverage for the receptionist, performing tasks such as customer greeting, phone answering, fax checking, mail sorting, and other related duties as needed.

• Other duties may be required and assigned.

• Must be proficient in MS Office, especially Power Point

• Strong analytic skills.

• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills

• Strong Organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work under deadlines

Education/Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of Mortgage Industry Experience

• Minimum of 2 years Product Management Experience

• Familiarity with the secondary market
