TBE Architects is a mid-sized (under 30 person) design firm that accomplishes nationally recognized large scale hospitality work across North America. We are specialists in resort, hotel and casino design, with a unique niche of Native American casinos. We work on projects ranging from $50M to $400M. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Professional licensure as an architect is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
• Proficiency in Revit, with familiarity other architectural software
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and goals
• Assist in the development of design proposals, including 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and models
• Create detailed architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and compliance with building codes and regulations
• Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns
