Scope of Position
The primary function of the Grill Specialist position is to prepare high quality food for Bourbon Steak. The Grill Specialist is responsible for timely and accurate preparation of made to order food and accurate preparation and plating of Bourbon Food items based on company specifications and function contracts. The Grill Specialist should have a complete knowledge of all Cook I, II and Cook III performance objectives as well as sound technical skills involved in steak, poultry and seafood cookery on a woodfired grill.
