Job Purpose
Duties and Responsibilities
Bakers work in a team environment to meet daily production and they possess skills such as:Qualifications

Bakers must be able to tolerate very cold and very hot temperatures. Bakers are required to work 40 hours per week. The job is comprised of five 8 hour shifts. This shift generally begins in the early morning hours. Saturday work is required. Holidays can affect the set schedule as more preparation is needed for major holidays and/or events.Physical Requirements
This job can be physically demanding where employees are required to stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects on a regular basis, do repetitive tasks and consistently maintain a positive attitude. Bakers also work in an area around commercial equipment which requires appropriate safety training.Job Summary
