DescriptionWarehouse ManagerThe Warehouse Manager is responsible for a ctivities supporting manufacturing operations, product shipping, material receiving, cryo preservation management, inventory control, kitting, and MS&T support to ensure materials are supplied in a timely manner, the inventory is accurate and manufacturing operations move smoothly and efficiently.
Oversee cycle count process to ensure accuracy and control of inventory volumes and accurate ERP transactions.Build a team and mentor a team, and provide necessary training and ongoing coaching, discipline, and recognition of direct staff.
Perform patient material receipt and outgoing shipping.Ensure quality samples are accurately labeled and shipped.Oversee preparation and delivery of raw materials, samples, supplies, etc.
to various departments as needed ensuring proper procedures and temperature conditions are observed.Communicate inventory discrepancies to operations and escalate when appropriate.
Perform all transactions related to shipping needs.Always adhere to all safety procedures and GMP's requirements.Keep all material management areas inspection ready.
Own and Support Quality Systems documents, i.e., Deviations, CAPAs, Change ControlsOversee execution of tasks associated with Deviation and CAPA investigations and subsequent closing actions.
Revise documentation to support job function.Coordinates the daily activities with staff to ensure that all tasks are completed and compliant with applicable procedures.
Other duties as assigned.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.8 years of relevant experience in a GMP / GDP environment within the supply chain or materials management in biopharma or related industry5 years of managerial experienceComfortable in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction and able to adjust workload based on changing priorities.
Experience writing reports, SOPs, and work instructions.Quality Systems experience, i.e., Deviations, CAPAs, Change ControlsAble to build and lead a team as well as train entry-level personnel.
Knowledgeable of the current Code of the Federal Regulations (CFR's) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's)Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential in this collaborative work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
