- Schedule production
- Input labor sheets twice daily and monitor run times for efficiency.
- Expedite parts through the manufacturing process including QA to shipping.
- Keep shops cleaned and organized in accordance with 6-s procedures.
- Manage and supervise all shop personnel.
- Assist in pulling parts and build kits them ensure their delivery to work areas in coordination with the work order schedule.
- Establish and activate procedures to coordinate tooling, inserts, jigs, thread gages, etc. with materials or build kits to individual workstations in order to reduce operator efficiencies in trying to locate them.
- Back up for Shipping and Receiving
- Manage and refine Quality Assurance procedures.
- Manage Safety Program.
