Prior to receiving the position, applicant must pass an IDA State Licensing exam for a commercial operator. Taylor's Way will help you prepare and coordinate testing at our facility for qualified applicants.

To fit in at Taylor's Way you must be friendly, must care about your clients and you must feel tremendous personal responsibility to provide excellent quality.

You must have a valid IL driver's license and clean driving record.

We work Monday - Friday. On occasion, during peak times of the year, in April-Sept you must be able to work on Saturday's.

You must be able to pass a drug test and no D.U.I.
