The Clinical Records Support, previously known as File Clerk, is a full time position responsible for assisting with the development/management of persons served records, including but not limited to, location of all records, filing, records request, and file destruction. The Clinical Records Support assists with other clerical duties such as processing documents, scheduling appointments, answering phones, faxing, scanning, uploading documents in electronic medical record, and directing visitors appropriately. It is essential for the Clinical Records Support to always maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
