Responsibilities:

1. Membership Sales:

- Actively engage with potential customers to promote and sell gym memberships.

- Educate prospects about membership benefits and tailor offerings to individual fitness goals.

2. Customer Service:

- Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing members while greeting all members coming and going.

- Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and create a welcoming environment for all visitors.

- Assist members with inquiries related to facilities, classes, and equipment usage.

3. Gym Equipment Cleaning:

- Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of gym equipment and facilities.

- Adhere to established cleaning protocols, following a detailed checklist for equipment maintenance.

- Collaborate with the team to maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the gym.

Requirements:

- Experience in sales or customer service roles preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude towards cleanliness and hygiene.

- Passion for fitness and a positive attitude towards helping others achieve their fitness goals.
