Taylor Engineering is currently seeking a Water Resources Engineer in our Tampa, Florida office. Requirements

A qualified candidate will possess the following:

• B.S. Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering (or related engineering field), with emphasis in water resources
• Experience: 2-10 years water resources-related experience or Master of Science Degree
• Registration: EIT registration preferred and ability and desire to obtain a Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license

Preferred Candidate Characteristics

• Demonstrated knowledge of hydrology, open channel hydraulics, and groundwater processes

• Knowledge and experience with ESRI Arc GIS, especially ArcGIS PRO, as well as HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, FLO 2D, SWMM, ICPR, MIKE SHE / 11 / HYDRO is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Energetic, detail-oriented team player
• Ability to communicate effectively with remote employees and other offices

Typical starting pay range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 annually, dependent upon your skills, experience, education, and geographic location.
