As a Retail Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests and helping bake the cookies in store. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new skills.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring cookies are baked, decorated, and displayed (Employees under the age of 18 are not permitted to bake and use the ovens)
• Making and serving coffee beverages.
• Stocking cookie board and maintaining a clean and sanitary store front.
• Assisting in opening and closing the store.
• Serving and connecting with guests with genuinely care and enthusiasm.
• Take customers’ pre-orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assisting in the panning of cookie cakes and boxing bulk orders.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand up for 8 hours.
• Have full dexterity of fingers, hands and arms to use a computer / cash register.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Ability to bend, stretch or twist

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
