Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Counter Staff to join our team. As a Counter Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the counter area. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
- Fulfill Rental Applications
- Answer phones
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
- Assist with stocking inventory and restocking supplies as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Communicate with Office Staff and Repair Shop Staff

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Knowledge of band and orchestra programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to play an instrument preferred but not required
- Ability to work well in a team setting
