As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
- Maintain documentation of care provided

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in behavior management is preferred
- Ability to clean and maintain a tidy living space
- Knowledge of direct support principles and practices
- Familiarity with senior care, dementia care, and resident rights
- First aid certification is a plus
- Ability to provide compassionate care with empathy and respect
