Experience with Quickbooks Desktop & QuickBooks Online is required. Must be able to multi-task and manage bookkeeping & payroll needs of multiple clients, although client load can be adjusted according to the number of hours desired. Strong attention to detail, data entry skills, and oral/written communication skills required. Experience in income tax preparation is a plus but not required.
