Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming phone calls and emails.

• Revise purchase orders and follow-up on backorders, claims, and contracts.

• Process and organize the store, vendor, and buyer files related to purchasing, shipment, and other aspects.

• Communicate with stores, vendors, buyers, and distribution centers to ensure sufficient quantities, correct system pricing, and timely delivery.

• Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure on-time payments.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of administrative, retail operation, or related work experience.is a plus but training is available

• Excellent computer skills, familiar with Microsoft and Google office suite, and SAP is a plus.

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Bilingual English/Chinese is required.

• An Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full Time

• Schedule- Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:30pm and half day working on Saturday or Sunday when needed . Weekends and holidays may vary. 

• Salary: $18-$22 hourly

• Location: 1200 Milik St, Carteret, NJ 07008

Compensation:

The pay range for this job is between$18.00~$22.00 per hour. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
