Taverna Maui is seeking a personable, energetic individual to join our Host/Hostess team! We are a locally-owned Italian eatery filled with a team of passionate and hardworking individuals. Our ideal host/hostess candidate is passionate about providing quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Host/Hostess Duties:

• Greeting customers as they walk into the restaurant
• Helping guests with reservations and guiding them to their table
• Giving guests accurate wait time estimates and seating them in the waiting area
• Providing customers with menus and answering any initial questions they may have
• Optimizing seating at different tables to ensure even workload for wait staff
• Answering phones and scheduling reservations

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in restaurants
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
