Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience delivered with southern hospitality and charm. As an Agent Team Member, you will be responsible to

• Greet each customer when they walk in.
• Answer and route all calls.
• Checking voice mail and creating tasks for team members.
• Process incoming and outgoing postal mail.
• Set- appointments & update calendar for team members.
• Make birthday and anniversary calls.
• Assist with planning and setting up events & outings.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.

• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

As an Agent Team Member, you will need to be

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Present a professional & friendly appearance.
• Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening) to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members.
• Previous insurance service experience. State Farm experience preferred.
• Self-motivated
• Proactive in problem-solving
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred
• High School Diploma (bachelors degree preferred).
• Property and Casualty license
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
• This position may require you to work certain evenings (for marketing/events) and/or Saturdays.
