We have an exciting opportunity for an Infrastructure Engineer....

Evaluating, recommending, implementing, and managing various aspects of IT Infrastructure as key member of the Building Technology team. Lead and collaborate with colleagues in defining requirements and overall design of secure infrastructure environment. Creatively solving technical issues across the entire infrastructure environment, need ability to find the solution in every situation. Proactively identify infrastructure performance improvements, devise upgrade plans, and execute in a timely manner. Performing analysis of infrastructure environment and presenting recommendations for improvements and growth that are aligned with long term business goals. Providing input to and supporting corporate cybersecurity program. 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include…

·Technical Architecture: Drive the design and implementation of a standardized, secure and scalable IT infrastructure, integrating building systems, network solutions, and software applications. 

·Problem-Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges with creativity and resourcefulness, ensuring seamless technology operations across all building facets.

·Performance Optimization: Analyze infrastructure data, identify performance bottlenecks, and devise strategic upgrade plans for continuous improvement.

·Security: Champion cybersecurity best practices, integrating security protocols into infrastructure design and implementation, and collaborating with the corporate cybersecurity program.

·Innovation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies for potential integration into our building systems, driving continuous innovation.

·Knowledge Transfer: Perform knowledge sharing within the team, ensuring smooth handover of responsibilities, and fostering a collaborative learning environment. 

The ideal candidate will have…

·Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of an enterprise infrastructure environment, including data center and overall IT infrastructure (physical and virtual).

·Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or a related field required, or equivalent education and experience

·Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba certifications are preferred.

·Strong technical understanding of overall infrastructure including but not limited to enterprise WAN & LAN networking, security, troubleshooting processes, virtual and physical infrastructure, and server & data center management.

·Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure platforms including IaaS and SaaS.

·Solid understanding of server architecture

·Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively deal with customers, vendors, peers, and employees at all levels within the company.

·Strong time management, project management and organizational skills.

·Ability to work effectively both in team environment and as an individual contributor.

·Self-motivated with capability to work under minimal supervision.
