**Description**

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:**

* Assumes ownership for team member, product and operational processes of Tatte Direct to meet or exceed the established metrics for sales growth, guest satisfaction, team member performance and satisfaction, and profitability.

* Builds and delivers plans to achieve effective and efficient operations by reviewing work forecasts, determining productivity requirements, and partnering with other departments to balance labor.

* Evaluates performance objectives and metrics to determine all requirements to achieve customer time, accuracy, and quality expectations.

* Upholds Tattes brand and visual standards through all aspects of the business passionately delivering on even the smallest details.

* Creates, communicates, and maintains/enforces quality control policies and standard work procedures.

* Develops a guest service culture within Tatte Direct that ensures best in class customer service to guests. Maintains service level and recovery standards focused on response times and issue resolution.

* Partners with departments company-wide, including without limitation, the Bakery Team, Inventory, Visual & Merchandising, Finance Team, Bakery Manager, and Logistics to meet deployment, production and fulfillment milestones. Proactively identifies and leads process improvement initiatives across shifts, partner departments, and shipping vendors.

* Mentors, trains, and develops team members.

* Oversees all administrative requirements for Tatte Direct.

* Other duties as assigned.

* Prior e-commerce experience

* Spanish proficiency

**WORKING CONDITIONS / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**

* Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

* You will engage in physical warehouse activities with or without reasonable accommodation. These activities include the following:

Lifting and moving material up to 50 pounds each.

Bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head.

Frequent walking in the building and around area; facilities are over a quarter mile in length.

Standing and walking for up to 10-12 hours a day.

Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and gangways safely and without limitation
