Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Duties:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment or by hand
- Ensure all dishes are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
- Empty trash containers regularly
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
