We are seeking 1 dishwashers/busser. Shifts would be approx. 3pm to 10pm. Pay starts at $10/hour tips (w/tips it comes out to apprx $16-20/hr). As a dishwasher you would be responsible for washing, cleaning, sanitizing, and properly stocking all the dishes and handheld equipment within the restaurant. Other responsibilities include, cleaning and maintaining the dishwashing area, notifying management on cleaning supply inventory, etc...

Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
- Sweep or scrub floors
- Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars
- Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment
- Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed

Skills:
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Experience in banquet or catering settings is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen is preferred
- Basic culinary skills are a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
