• Strong knowledge of cash handling and operational (recipes, closing & opening duties, etc.) procedures. If you can't follow directions, you've got bigger problems to worry about.
• Reports to upper management about team members that need additional coaching.
• Coaches and motivates team members to perform more efficiently.
• Possess 1 year or more of management or leadership experience in a professional setting
• Have unsurpassed communication skills
• Are not afraid to speak in front of groups
• Are able to coach and encourage team members to succeed by providing positive feedback
• Aren't afraid to correct and effectively communicate with team members not performing to standard
• Daily, weekly cleanings and execution
• Assist with Store schedule
• Cash Management

*Minimum Job Requirements:

• 20-30 hours a week on average. (Hourly position)
• Able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Long period of standing and walking.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
