We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation and ensuring food safety in our kitchen. Responsibilities:
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens and cooktops
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Support catering events as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Team Member, or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and knife skills
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required (we are closed Sundays)

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
