Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender and server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences through their mixology and service expertise. Must have recent bartender/server experience. Many advancement opportunities available!!!

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions using a POS system
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience in bartending or a related role
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with brewing techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant or catering environment
- Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Understanding of banquet operations in the food industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
