Catering Coordinator Job Duties:
Working closely with our Events Managers and Director of Catering to oversee the daily needs of the TASTE Catering & Events team, including:
-Qualifying and responding to client inquires in accordance with company standards
-Corresponding with clients
-Answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner
-Preparing materials for events (menus, place cards, uniforms, proposals, invoices, contracts, etc.)
-Finalizing event time sheets for the Payroll Manager
-Assisting Event Managers with client tastings -Special projects
-Other duties as assigned
Other Information:
Entry Level Position
Part Time Position, Monday-Friday
Compensation based on background and relevant experience.
