A Taste of Belgium SERVER is responsible for ensuring that all guests receive prompt, friendly, personalized service, and a truly unforgettable experience.
The Ideal Candidate will excel in the following areas
Hospitality

- Attentive; ensuring that our guests receive prompt, friendly and personalized service
- Outstanding communication skills
- Love working in a team environment to achieve goals and provide top-notch service
- Has a passion for great food and beverages
- Work as a TEAM - assist in the service of ALL guests
- Perform duties and side work to ensure the bistro opens on time
- Perform all closing functions including side work and cleaning
- Restock and maintain supplies throughout the shift
- Ensure all orders are correct by ringing them in accurately
- Proper and accurate cash handling and credit card processing
- Knowledge of all menu offerings and prices
- Adhere to all local and State liquor service laws
- AM and weekend availability
- Ability to stand for long periods of time with periods of moving quickly, bending, lifting, and twisting
- Ability to lift & carry up to 50 lbs.

The little waffle place grew, one waffle at a time to become a new Cincinnati Columbus favorite. Taste of Belgium has grown from one person and a waffle iron to 4 bistros, 2 market stands, a booth at the new UC Bearcats 5/3 Arena, and we are poised for more. #respectthewaffle!
