What can you expect in a Global VP of Operations (Healthcare) role with TaskUs: In this position, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the operational aspects of our healthcare services on a global scale. You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of healthcare operations, a track record of successful leadership, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a strategic vision for global healthcare operations that aligns with the company's overall objectives.
Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
  • Operational Oversight:
Oversee end-to-end healthcare operations, optimizing workflows and improving overall performance.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards, staying abreast of changes and proactively implementing necessary adjustments.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance service delivery capabilities.
  • Client Relationship Management:
Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and expectations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that exceed client satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
Provide strong leadership to global operations teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Develop and mentor a high-performing team, promoting professional growth and succession planning.
  • Performance Metrics and Analytics:
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational performance.
Utilize data analytics to identify trends, make informed decisions, and drive operational excellence.
  • Continuous Improvement:
Champion a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices, process optimizations, and technology enhancements.
Identify opportunities for innovation and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
Do you have what it takes to become a Global VP of Operations (Healthcare) ?
Requirements:
  • At least 8-10 years proven experience in a senior leadership role in Operations, managing healthcare programs/accounts (payer, provider and ancillary healthcare), within the BPO industry or large business or enterprise.
  • Experience in running large scale (~1,000 employees) healthcare operations across multiple countries.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, compliance requirements, and emerging trends.
  • Strong financial management and budgeting skills, with the ability to make sound business decisions based on data and statistics.
  • Demonstrated success in driving global sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • A "people first" leadership style, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • The ability to leverage the latest technology to enhance the growth of our organization.
