Job Overview:
While reporting to the Director of Golf, responsibilities include, but are not limited to: continuing to build relationships and achieve outstanding member and guest service, promoting sales, managing outside service staff, daily course operations, coordinating golf programs and tournaments.
Duties:
- Customer service for members and guests of members
Assist in managing daily golf shop operations including POS, daily tee sheet, closing and opening golf shop facilities, communication with all staff members, great attitude, passion for the game, and able to work weekends and holidays.
Experience:
- Experience with golf is preferred
- Must have knowledge in customer relations, and Microsoft Word and Excel
