Seeking Fulltime LVN to join team providing care to patients on a residential BehavioralHealth unit. Excellent customer service skills and collaboration with teamproviders and coworkers are a must. The team consists of psychiatric providers,clinical supervisors, mental health therapists, case managers, and substanceabuse counselors. Duties include supporting patient self-administration atdesignated medication calls, providing medication education, support, updatingmedication logs, providing prescribed injections, and insuring medicationadherence. Candidate must be highly organized, timely and have the ability tomulti-task. Chemical Dependency/Dual Diagnosis experiencepreferred. Bilingual preferred but not required.
