We are looking for an Admissions LVN (Tuesday - Saturday) . Pay Range $36-$41/hr. DOE Sign on bonus $2000 for NOC shift (FT). $500 in 30 days, $500 in 90 days, and another $1000 in 6 months.

• Complete and file required charts and treatment plans/physician orders, etc.
• Focus on Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents as required.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician
• Make rounds with physicians as requested/necessary.
• Orient and welcome new residents and families.
• Answer call lights and provide nursing assistance.
• Participate in and make recommendations for care plans.

Must have a Valid CA nursing license, either an LVN and be able to clear a background check.
