DENTAL TREATMENT COORDINATOR / FRONT OFFICE- TARZANA

DENTAL TREATMENT COORDINATOR / FRONT OFFICE:
- Great communication skills to answer phone calls and set-up appointments/confirm appointments/get insurance info and breakdowns.
- Check patients in and out and collect payments.
- Updating and managing patient records and maintaining patient information database.
- Strong ability to create and present treatment plans and coordinate treatment and collect payments.
- Be proficient in all aspects of processing dental claims and familiarity with insurance coverages.
- Great people skills to build relationships with patients.
- Trustworthy and reliable team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multi-task, work efficiently in an organized manner and is detail oriented.
- Collection and billing preparation.
- Proficient with Open Dental is a plus
*** Our compensation structure is based on experience.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
