Tarzana Dental Care is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Tarzana, CA

We're a privately-owned & thriving dental office in Tarzana seeking a reliable & enthusiastic dental assistant to join us. The most important thing to know about our practice is that our biggest focus is on serving our patients. Requirements:

*Current DA or RDA license and radiography certification in CA

*Current CPR certification

*Proficiency in digital x-rays

*Superior impression taking skills

*Superior fabrication of temporaries

*Knowledge of dental materials

*Experience assisting in oral surgery, implant surgery, full mouth reconstruction/restoration experience a plus

Perform the following tasks to ensure efficiency of patient flow:

*Clean, sterilize instruments, and set up trays.

*Prepare materials for making impressions and restorations.

*Stock and store all supplies and materials.

*Maintenance and testing of equipment (sterilizer, x-ray, etc.)

*Pouring up models and other lab procedures

*Inventory and reorder supplies as necessary to maintain par levels

*Maintain clean, orderly and well-stocked operatories and laboratory
