Now Hiring – Inventory Analyst

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

• 50% production technician 50% inventory
• Package prescriptions in blister cards
• Receive and stock all medication orders daily
• Replenish inventory from in-store stock and incoming orders
• Ordering of replacement product from the appropriate supplier
• Management of inventory levels ensuring adequate quantities are available to meet patient’s needs, without maintaining excessive levels
• Identify and return outdated or over stocked merchandise to the proper supplier
• Update Framework drug database as needed
• Perform general housekeeping duties necessary to maintain a professional and clean department
• Organize, execute, and reconcile quarterly physical inventories
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Detailed knowledge of daily drug usage
• Basic keyboarding and calculator skills
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Requires the ability to stand throughout the majority of the shift
• Limited lifting up to 80 lbs.
• Certified or licensed as a Pharmacy Technician
• Successful completion of a pre-employment and/or random drug screening test
• Preferred: 2 or more years previous experience in related position
• Preferred: 2 or more years previous experience with Framework LTC
• Experience with SureCost or a similar order platform is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
