Responsibilities:

• Greet customers entering the service area warmly, answering questions, and guiding them to the appropriate location
• Check in vehicles, visually inspecting each one, and documenting existing damage using a tablet
• Manage customer vehicles in the service area, ensuring they are parked according to status and keeping the service lane clear
• Support advisors with customer write-ups and check-out processes
• Sell automotive parts to customers, including shop, over the counter, wholesale, and by phone
• Issue parts and accessories to technicians promptly and accurately
• Handle incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dealership service department

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,491.00 - $39,402.00 per year
