POSITION SUMMARY:

Provides direct security and related public services.

Compensation: $18.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests upon entrance
• Confirm guests
• Act as the point of reference for people who need assistance or information
• Understand residents’ needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the building and community
• Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations
• Arrange events, excursions, transportation etc. upon request from residents
• Assist with the ordering and purchase of RSIG exclusive offerings
• Answer the phone and make reservations, take and distribute messages and/or redirect calls
• Receive, sort, store and distribute resident mail according to building policies
• Secure, maintain, and distribute building keys according to building policies
• Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution
• Maintain proficiency in building specific systems such as Building Link, Package Concierge, Key tracker, etc.
• Provide assistance to people in need
• Patrol premises regularly to maintain the safety and security of the property
• Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations
• Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
• Investigate people for suspicious activity
• Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
• Submit detailed and accurate reports of daily activities and important occurrences
• Complete any additional duties as assigned by management will be responsible for helping out the Operations Manager.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Completed High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications
• Strong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift, move or lift objects up to 80 lbs.,
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Tarian driving guidelines if applicable (for Driving Roles).
