With an experienced team accumulating over 75 years of industry knowledge, we have honed our wisdom and skills to service an esteemed clientele that includes federal agencies (USACE), private property owners, developers, renowned general contractors, municipalities, and industrial powerhouses.

Your Role

As a Project Manager at Target Contractors, you have a critical role in championing our mission of 'zero injuries across all job sites.' You would be entrusted with upholding our steadfast commitment to following strict safety guidelines while ensuring that our team members are skilled and fully trained.

This role requires extensive travel though out the USA to help ensure project get completed on time and under budget. This presents unique opportunity for our team members to experience new places but it is not for everyone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement comprehensive project schedules and operations
  • Manage project resources and budgets effectively
  • Maintain open communication with project stakeholders
  • Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety procedures across all project sites
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Overnight Travel 50%

What We're Looking for

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction or environmental remediation industry
  • Excellent organization, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Strong understanding and implementation of OSHA safety procedures within a workplace environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with various stakeholders
