The Nursing Director is a leadership position responsible for the 24/7 management of three clinical units and oversees the clinical care administered to patients and the coordination of group programs.

You Bring Meaningful Experience

Successful candidates will have the following:

• BSN is required.
• Progressive leadership experience in an inpatient behavioral health setting is required.
• Preferred: MSN, CNS or APRN.
• Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required
• Advanced level knowledge of behavioral health and advanced skills in the application of the nursing clinical treatment modalities; DSM-5 and ICD-10 methodology.
• Effective oral and written communications.
• Sufficient typing and computer skills to facilitate use of the Electronic Health Record required; experience with Electronic Health Record, including Medsphere/Vista preferred.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.
• Skills in interpreting and applying standards and regulations applicable to behavioral health inpatient services (e.g, JC, CMS, DMH, DPH).
• Public speaking and teaching/training experience.
• Time management, problem solving, crisis management, and team-building skills; flexibility, creativity, and ability to manage stress.
• Well-read in the areas of organizational development and leadership.
