Tarantino Properties is seeking an experienced Building Engineer to oversee an historical 29 story high-rise tower located in downtown Louisville, KY, 800 Towers Apartments. With over 40 years of success, our growth is a true opportunity for the right candidate to grow their career.

The Building Engineer provides technical and functional direction. Maintains, repairs, and adjusts heating, lighting, ventilating, refrigerating, water treatment, pneumatic and other equipment and systems for a large high rise tower.

Job Description:

The Building Engineer will make sure the building is livable for tenants, and meet all legal requirements for a dwelling. Building engineer will perform a variety of repair and maintenance functions for a historical 29 story high rise tower located in downtown Louisville, KY.

Duties:

· Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner

· Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair

· Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements

· Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas

· Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements: Must know electrical, boiler, sump pump, plumbing, appliances, energetic, and self-motivated. Vendor management.  Must be On-Call.
